Certification of the electrical characteristics of generation units and plants is covered in TR 8. TR 8 describes the procedural steps and requirements for issuing unit, plant and component certificates. The guideline is strongly linked to TR 3 and 4. The provision of required electrical quantities of the EZE is handled by TR 3 and the model validation in the unit certificate and the plant simulation in the plant certificate is handled by TR 4.
